BROSWAY ACADEMY: THE FIRST SUMMER SCHOOL IN SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT FOR FASHION JEWELRY

Two weeks, over 200 applicants, 27 students selected, 5 project works, 4 teachers, first-hand accounts from the company and aboce all many innovative ideas. These are the numbers of the success of the Brosway Academy first edition: the Summer School promoted by Bros Manifatture to train professional profiles that are more and more requested: Social Media Managers. A project pursued by founder Lanfranco Beleggia, who has always focused on young talents and new frontiers of communication. “My Company Bros Manifatture strongly believes in young people and has proven to be an advocateof initiatives aimed at promoting their training, giving value to their ideas and skills. Youngsters are a great resource because their spirit, creativity, enthusiasm and initiative are a highly valuable asset for success in a working environment”, said Chairman Beleggia. The goal of the school – which has been reached – was to train experts in communication integrated among the media for the fashion jewelry section. The project – addressed to young graduates under 30 – was an ongoing exchange of skills and ideas between students and teachers: not typical academy lectures, but practical exercises, problems to solve, team working and examples of best practice.

Renowed professors in the field of communications, such as Francesco Gavatorta and Gabriele Micozzi have alternated with testimonies and lessons given by Brosway’s marketing team, led by Marketing Director Mr Maurizio Beleggia. “At the end of the two weeks the students of the Academy not only managed to reconcile the skills acquired in the field of social media, but also a comprehensive knowledge of marketing”, he said. “I am satisfied with the professionalism demonstrated, and for this reason I have decided to give two candidates the opportunity to carry out an internship within the Company”.
